Located in Antalya which is a popular touristic place in Turkey, the 2000-year-old Aspendos Antique Theatre is famous since it is the most well-protected antique theatre not only in Anatolia but also among the Europe and North Africa Rome theatres and for its marvelous acoustics.
Aspendos International Opera and Ballet Festival has made a great deal of contribution to the representation of our country in an international basis, celebrating its eighteenth year along with the marvellous acoustics which Aspendos Antique Theatre offers, the natural beauties of Antalya and with the nature of art which is without distinction of any language, religion, race or borders. 18th Aspendos International Opera and Ballet Festival will take place between June 9th and July 2nd, 2011 and 8 events will take place for artlovers, at two of which the international guests will perform.

The Festival Tickets Have Been Offered For Sale
Tickets of the festival which will be held between June 9th – July 2nd 2011 at Aspendos Antique Theatre have been offered for sale as of April 20th. The tickets can also be provided from the box offices of Ankara, İstanbul, İzmir, Mersin, Antalya and Samsun State Opera and Ballet box offices and online at www.dobgm.gov.tr. The tickets prices for all the presentations this year are determined as per the block orders in the antique theatre. The ticket prices for the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra vary from 100TL to 250 TL, all the other presentations are priced from 30TL to 60TL. All the presentations will start at 9.00 p.m. except the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra which will start at 9:30 p.m.
